She brings with her several years background in Customer Service as well as Administration. Mary’s primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our Recruiters. Willoughby, Ohio, November 2006: Vincent Panzarella is the newest addition to Gables Search Group, Inc. He brings 10 years of experience in sales/marketing and construction management to our firm. Originally from Lake County, Vincent recently returned to northeastern Ohio from Delray Beach, Florida. His focus at Gables will be on new client development in the areas of Accounting, Technical and Sales /Marketing.

Prior to his career in recruiting, he was in the wholesale apparel industry as manufacturer of women's sportswear, dresses, and swimwear. He held positions such as Multi-state Sales Representative, Customer Relations/Office Systems Manager, and Military Sales Manager-World Wide. Mr. Fierman began his recruiting career in 1989 after having relocated back to Cleveland from Louisville, KY. From 1989-1992, he worked for Roth Young Personnel specializing in engineering placements. From 1992-2005, he was employed at Bill Bragg and Associates in Meadville, PA where he specialized in the meat and poultry industry in all disciplines. His concentration at Gables will be in Management (all sectors), Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, General Manufacturing-Operations, QA, Distribution, Maintenance and Engineering, Food Manufacturing with concentration on Meat and Poultry Processing.

Mr. Fierman holds a BSBA in Marketing from Kent State University.
